During the warranty period, a dedicated team will assist you during local business hours by phone or email to resolve any issues per the warranty agreement. There are three levels of support service offerings: silver, gold and platinum.

Gold support includes access to technical support during standard business hours (8 am - 7 pm local time, Monday through Friday) software support (including access to updates and maintenance releases), and next-business-day hardware replacement. Plus onsite parts replacement and 24 x 7 x 365 access to global technical support.
